A seasonal attraction near Malton is set to open its doors for the summer.
Woldies, in Wintringham, will welcome families for summer days out from July 1 to September 6.
This summer, children's activities will include the Wild Superhero Mission, where children can learn about the 'secret superpowers' of various animals.
They can look out for eight wildlife characters on the nature trail, each offering a stamp for their Wild Superhero booklet.
This year, children can also take part in the Big Butterfly Count at Woldies from July 17 to August 9, an activity that encourages families to slow down and appreciate nature.
Sarah and Danny Hall, owners of Woldies, said: “We want to make it easy for families to spend more time together outside in nature this summer and inspire a stronger connection between children and North Yorkshires’ local wildlife.”
Tickets can be purchased online with a 15 per cent saving, with prices at £12.70 for adults, £11.85 for children, and free admission for under-ones and essential carers.
The park will be open from 10am to 5pm.
Summer passes are also available, starting from £25 per person, giving families access to the park for 62 summer days.
Woldies is home to a variety of outdoor activities.
Families can build a den in the woodland, ride the miniature railway train, play family garden games, or let the kids enjoy the sand, water, and outdoor kitchen.
The lavender fields, which will be in full bloom in July, are expected to attract hundreds of bees and butterflies.
Woldies aims to offer a fun and educational day out for families, encouraging children to interact with their local environment.
