As the weather gets colder, you might be craving something warm to heat you up.
If you are spending a day exploring York, there are plenty of cafés serving piping hot coffees to carry around the city.
But for those who do not like coffee, you might prefer to pick up a delicious hot chocolate instead.
The Chocolate Bar by Bullion Chocolate can be found in the Shambles Market in York and offers guests rich hot chocolate with giant marshmallows.
What is the Chocolate Bar by Bullion Chocolate like?
The Chocolate Bar’s website reads: “Making craft chocolate accessible, one mug at a time.
“At Chocolate Bar by Bullion, our mission is to bring high-quality, bean-to-bar craft drinking chocolate to people across the UK.
“By opening stores in iconic locations and creating welcoming spaces for chocolate lovers, we aim to make craft chocolate part of everyday life - while doing right by the growers who make it all possible.”
The Chocolate Bar in York was visited by the TikTok content creator, 101 House At The End.
She said: “There was so much to choose from.
“I opted for the 70% hot chocolate with the toasted jumbo marshmallow, and this part was literally the most exciting part for me because I love marshmallows.
“Oh my goodness, it was so good.
“There was just so much crispiness and fluffiness from the marshmallow.”
Guests can choose either to have a hot or iced chocolate and then pick whether they want white, milk, dark milk or dark chocolate.
After that, they can also add a flavour to their drink with options ranging from orange, hazelnut, and chilli to vanilla and mint.
Finally, guests can top their drink with a giant marshmallow, whipped cream or soft serve.
Bullion Chocolate also offers tours of its factory where you can see how the chocolate is made.
There are multiple Chocolate Bar locations around the UK, including in London and Sheffield.
People can also order chocolate bars, homemade brownies, and scented candles from the company’s website.
