A 13-year-old was caught behind the wheel after police stopped a car driving "suspiciously slowly".
Officers from the Shipley Neighbourhood Policing Team became concerned when the vehicle was reportedly driving well below the speed limit in 30mph and 50mph zones.
A spokesperson for the Shipley NPT said: "Officers sighted a vehicle driving slowly in a 30mph speed limit.
"Upon entering the 50mph speed limit the vehicle then drove at even slower speeds, arousing officers' suspicions.
"Officers stopped the vehicle to discover that the driver was a 13-year-old.
"The driver and insured passenger were both reported for the relevant offences."
