A Taste of Redcar and Cleveland will feature fixed-price offers ranging from £5 to £30 or more, depending on the venue.
The council is launching the scheme to showcase local food and drink, attract new customers and give residents more chances to eat out, try old favourites for less or discover somewhere new.
Participating businesses include Cookfellas, The Twisted Peel and Sergios in Guisborough, plus Daisy-Mae’s Vintage Tea Room, Armandos and Koha in Redcar.
Saltburn participants include Real Meals Deli and Café, Scoundrels Coffee Co and Brockley Hall, while Bello Bistro, The Brickyard and Holey Molies are among those taking part across East Cleveland.

Southbank-based NiteLight CIC, which supports homeless people and those struggling, is also taking part.
NiteLight is offering two meals, two sides and two drinks for £15, with all proceeds funding its “pay forward” service for people in need.
NiteLight founder Nadia Gibany said: “We are here because we want to help people, whether it's those unfortunately homeless or just people who are struggling.
“We joined the scheme so that we can give people a great deal for people to eat out. It helps us to spread the word about what we do and invites new customers to try our food.”
NiteLight volunteer Lise Addison said: “We have shower and washing facilities for the homeless and we offer free three course Christmas meals for the homeless and struggling families alongside other services.”
“We also run a free stall every Friday in Southbank among other areas across Teesside where people can get free tea, coffee, cakes and more. It all goes back into the community.”
