Smoke plumes rose over the Russian city of Oryol after a reported Ukrainian attack on a factory, footage published on social media on 23 October shows.
The local governor said three people were killed in the strike, while emergency services reported that five others were seriously wounded and receiving intensive care.
The location of the video was verified using satellite imagery, but the date and circumstances in which the footage was filmed remain unknown.
