Two Michelin-starred chefs have teamed up to create an exclusive at-home dining experience.
Chef director Tommy Banks and chef patron Andrew Pern have launched the collaboration as part of the Made In Oldstead Chef Series, featuring a four-course menu that brings the flavours of Yorkshire into homes across the UK.
Drawing inspiration from Andrew's childhood growing up near Whitby and three decades of cooking at The Star Inn, the menu combines much-loved dishes and flavours from his career with Tommy's distinctive approach to seasonality, preservation and produce grown on his family's farm in Oldstead.
The four-course experience begins with freshly baked Oldstead focaccia and whipped herb butter, followed by Andrew's signature Fish Soup, featuring Scarborough Woof, sea scallops and samphire, accompanied by a Kipper 'Club' Sandwich with wild garlic mayonnaise.

For the main course, pan-roasted Yorkshire beef rump and slow-cooked beef cheek daube are served alongside a fresh horseradish risotto, seasonal root vegetables and a rich Theakston's ale and beef sauce.
To finish, a comforting Yorkshire classic of baked ginger Parkin is paired with spiced white chocolate ganache, Oldstead damson compote and hot spiced treacle.
Together, the dishes offer a journey through Yorkshire's coast and countryside, celebrating regional ingredients, familiar flavours and the individual cooking styles that have earned both chefs national acclaim.
Tommy said: "Andrew's a real Yorkshire institution, and someone I've admired for a long time.
The Star Inn is such a special place, and to be celebrating its 30th anniversary with him through our Chef Series feels like a lovely way to recognise everything he's achieved.
"We're incredibly lucky to have such brilliant produce on our doorstep, and I think this menu really celebrates that.
There are some proper Yorkshire classics in there, with a few touches from our kitchen in Oldstead.
It's been great fun putting it together, and I'm really excited for people to enjoy it at home."
Andrew added: "Yorkshire has always been at the heart of my cooking, from the fish and seafood I grew up with around Whitby to the wonderful produce we have across the Moors and Dales.
Celebrating 30 years of The Star has given me a chance to reflect on some of those dishes and flavours that have become part of our story.
"Tommy and I share a real passion for the region and its ingredients, so it's been a pleasure bringing our two kitchens together.
We've included a few Star favourites, a good helping of Yorkshire character and, hopefully, something that'll make people smile when it arrives at their table."
Founded in 2020, Made In Oldstead was created by Tommy Banks and his team to bring the restaurant experience into people's homes.
The business has since developed into a premium nationwide food delivery service, with menus prepared by its chefs in North Yorkshire using produce from the family's farm, kitchen garden and trusted network of suppliers.
The Chef Series celebrates collaborations with some of Britain's most respected culinary talents, with previous editions featuring Thom Bateman, Lisa Goodwin-Allen and James Martin.
The Tommy Banks x Andrew Pern Collaboration Menu is priced at £99 for two people, with nationwide delivery available on November 19, 20, 26 and 27.
