21 vehicles have been seized as part of a joint police and council operation.
They were taken during an operation in the Bradford Moor area, involving the BD3 Neighbourhood Policing Team and council's Enforcement Team.
This was down to them being untaxed.
The force says vehicles that are not taxed can be seized, and owners may face additional costs to recover them.

A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "Officers from the BD3 Neighbourhood Policing Team were assisting Bradford Council Enforcement Team on a planned operation in the Bradford Moor area.
"During the operation, 21 vehicles were identified as being untaxed and, as a result, were seized from the highway.
"Vehicles that are not taxed can be seized under relevant legislation, and owners may face additional costs and penalties to recover them.
"These joint operations help tackle vehicle-related offences, improve road safety, and address concerns raised by local residents about abandoned and illegally used vehicles."
