A MOTORIST from Bradford has been ordered to pay £176 in a fine and costs for speeding in a premium compact SUV on the A65 at Coniston Cold, west of Skipton.
Marcus Windsor, 31, admitted driving a BMW X3 at a speed of 38mph in the 30mph zone.
Windsor, of Sandhill Fold, Idle, was fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £120 and a surcharge of £16.
Magistrates sitting at Harrogate Justice Centre on Wednesday (October 21), also endorsed his driving record with three penalty points.
A separate offence of failing to give information relating to the identification of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence, was withdrawn by magistrates.
