Train services are facing disruption ahead of two storms set to bring severe weather to parts of the UK.
Northern has warned passengers travelling between Leeds and Bradford Interchange to expect delays today (Friday) due to a reduced service.
Storms Austen and Boelo, which are set to hit the UK over the weekend, have been cited as the reason for the reduced service.
In a post on X, Northern said: "It's the first of the storm seasons with Storm Austen and Storm Boelo hitting parts of the north this weekend.
"We’re advising you to check before you travel between Friday and Monday as strong winds and rain can impact the railway.
"On some routes, we'll be running a reduced number of trains."
Other affected routes include Leeds to York via Harrogate, Newcastle to Ashington, and Blackburn to Manchester via Todmorden.
