A road in Stamford Bridge is set to close for repairs.
East Riding of Yorkshire Council announced Battle Flats Way will be shut outside numbers one to six to repair and replace a sunken frame cover.
The closure will begin on November 18, 2026, from 9am to 6pm.
The council stated the closure is essential for public safety during the works and that the order is valid for 18 months, though the work is expected to take just eight hours.
A signed diversion route will be in place.

Traffic will be redirected via Battle Flats Way, Moor Road, Church Road, Main Street, and Burton Fields Road.
The road will be closed to all through traffic, but residents, emergency vehicles, and pedestrians will still have access.
