A housing developer has launched the next phase of a popular scheme on the North Yorkshire coast.
David Wilson Homes has announced the release of new properties at Chaloners Green in Whitby, following strong demand for the initial phase of the development.
Located just outside the town centre, the scheme offers three- and four-bedroom homes within walking distance of Whitby’s amenities.
