Bradford residents are being warned to expect strong winds this weekend as Storm Boelo brings blustery conditions to northern England.
The storm is expected to arrive on Saturday evening and continue through Sunday, with a yellow wind warning in force across northern England.
Gusts of 50mph to 60mph are forecast, with stronger winds possible in exposed areas and on high ground.
Chris Bulmer, deputy chief forecaster at the Met Office, said: “Storm Boelo will bring strong winds and heavy rain to Northern Ireland, Scotland and parts of northern England over the weekend.

“Gusts of 70-80mph in exposed coastal areas and high ground are possible, with 50-60mph gusts more widely.
"The strong winds will be accompanied by heavy rain, making for an impactful weekend of weather.”
The warning is particularly relevant to exposed parts of the Bradford district, including Ilkley Moor, where stronger gusts are often felt.
Rail disruption anticipated
Bradford rail passengers are urged to check before travelling as National Rail warns severe weather could disrupt services nationwide from Friday to Sunday.
National Rail says strong winds can slow trains, while fallen trees and debris can block tracks and damage overhead power lines.

Heavy rain could also cause flooding, damage embankments and disrupt signalling, leading to delays and cancellations.
The Met Office said rain will spread across much of the UK on Saturday before the winds strengthen.
Forecasts and warning areas may change as the weekend approaches.
National Rail advises passengers to check their whole journey before setting off and monitor service updates.
Residents are also being urged to secure loose outdoor items such as bins, plant pots and garden furniture ahead of the storm's arrival.
