Edinburgh-based Arden Property Management has won three awards at the ESTAS Awards, including Gold for Best Letting Agency in Scotland, as voted for by landlords and tenants.
The agency also received Gold for Best Letting Agency in Edinburgh. The ESTAS Awards are based on verified customer reviews rather than decisions made by a judging panel.

More than 300,000 landlords and tenants from across the UK contributed feedback for this year’s awards, which were presented at a ceremony in London on Friday.
Arden also received the Best in Postcode Award for the EH10 area earlier this year. The agency has also been recognised with a Gold Award from The British Property Awards for letting agencies covering postcodes EH6 to EH12.
Established in 2006, Arden Property Management manages properties across Edinburgh and the Lothians.
The agency is also shortlisted for further awards due to be announced later in 2026.
