Construction has finished on four new homes within the grounds of the Grade II-listed Ousefield House in Fulford, York.
The Mulgrave Properties houses come with either four or five bedrooms.
Three of the homes have already been sold, and one four-bedroom property – offering 3,199 sq ft of living space –is now on the market for £1.4 million.
The development features energy-saving technologies such as air source heat pumps and mechanical ventilation heat recovery.
Each home includes custom-designed kitchens , private gardens surrounded by mature trees, and first-floor roof terraces.

The development, called Urban Renaissance, was a finalist in this year’s Insider Media Yorkshire Property Awards.
Sales director for Mulgrave Properties Debbie Foster said: “We are proud to bring construction work at Urban Renaissance to a close.
“This has been an incredible project, creating modern, energy-efficient new-build homes which are inspired by their historic surroundings and in keeping with their charm.”
The project brought together York-based architects Vincent & Partners, Harrogate bathroom specialists Abacus, and Newcastle kitchen provider Nixons Project Exclusive.
