A GLOBAL brewing equipment manufacturer has chosen a new UK base as part of its European expansion plans.

Lehui UK Limited, the British arm of Lehui International, has completed a lease for Unit 5 at The Bostock Building, part of Gaunts Ltd’s Springfield Mills development in Farsley.

The company supplies equipment packaging lines for the beer, spirits, whisky, beverage, and dairy industries, with products already exported to more than 40 countries worldwide.

Ritchie Clarke, senior project manager at Lehui UK, said: "Yorkshire has a proud industrial heritage and remains a major centre for manufacturing, engineering, and industry in the UK and across Europe.

"This makes Springfield Mills an ideal base for Lehui as we continue to develop our UK and European operations.

"Reflecting the strategic importance of this location, our chief European representative, Tony Ge, will also be based here, strengthening our presence in the region and our commitment to the UK and European markets."

Paul Curson, managing director at Gaunts Ltd, said: "We are delighted to welcome Lehui UK Ltd to The Bostock Building.

"They are an excellent addition to Springfield Mills, and we are pleased that our unit will play a part in their plans to expand and develop their UK operations."
