THOUSANDS of young people will have the chance to take part in inspiring, curriculum-linked events.
The Bradford Literature Festival has opened bookings for its 2027 Education Programme, offering eight days of live sessions at the University of Bradford and St George's Hall from June 11 to 18.
Syima Aslam, CEO and artistic director of Bradford Literature Festival, said: "Every young person should have the opportunity to experience ideas, stories and subjects brought vividly to life, regardless of their circumstances.
"Our Education Programme is about creating those moments of discovery, taking learning beyond the classroom and giving children and young people access to exceptional writers, performers, experts and thinkers."
Now one of the largest cultural education programmes of its kind, the scheme offers free access to non-fee-paying schools, education groups, and home educators.
Each student place is valued at £25.
In 2026, the programme reached 38,136 children and young people through 78 live sessions.
Since its launch in 2014, more than 248,000 students and educators have taken part.
The 2027 programme will cover topics including Shakespeare, performance poetry, earth and space, gothic literature, and visual storytelling.
Sessions are designed to immerse students in each subject, featuring talks, demonstrations, and interactive performances.
Bookings are now open.
