Jimmy Carr is returning to the North East with his new tour, visiting five venues across the region.
The comedian will perform in Sunderland, Newcastle, Stockton, Darlington and Middlesbrough during his 2027 UK and Ireland tour.
Killing Jokes is billed as a brand-new live show packed with new material, following Carr’s previous sell-out tours and comedy specials.
Known for rapid-fire delivery, dark one-liners and sharp crowd work, Carr is one of the UK’s best-known stand-up comedians, thanks to his tours, TV appearances and specials including Netflix’s 2024 show Natural Born Killer.

The show promises Carr’s trademark style, packed with "fast, dark one-liners about all kinds of terrible things".
The tour's promoters make no apologies for the show's dark humour, advising anyone likely to be offended to give it a miss, while encouraging fans of Carr's specific brand of humour to snap up tickets before they're gone.
