Work on a new housing development in York featuring four homes all worth more than £1 million is now complete.
Just one home, the Dragoon, priced at £1.4 million, remains on the market at the Urban Renaissance site off Fulford Road.
The four and five-bedroom detached properties have been built in the grounds of the Grade II-listed Ousefield House.

Developer Mulgrave has worked on the scheme with York-based architects Vincent and Partners, Harrogate-based bathroom provider Abacus and Newcastle-based kitchen provider Nixons Project Exclusive.
