Free entry is now available to the grounds and gardens at Sewerby Hall and Gardens until March.

Free entry is now available to the grounds and gardens at Sewerby Hall and Gardens until late March.

The East Riding attraction is offering complimentary access throughout the autumn and winter months, excluding the October half-term.

Councillor Nick Coultish, cabinet member for culture, tourism, and leisure at East Riding of Yorkshire Council, said: "Autumn is a wonderful time of year to explore Sewerby Hall and Gardens.

"From the scenic view of the Bridlington coast to the beautifully kept grounds and gardens, Sewerby makes for a wonderful day out, and we look forward to seeing people take advantage of the free entry during this time."

Visitors are invited to enjoy the peaceful surroundings as the gardens transition from summer to autumn.

The site is also popular with dog walkers, offering scenic views along the East Yorkshire coast.

Dogs on leads are welcome in the grounds but are not permitted inside the house or zoo, except for assistance dogs.

Visitors are kindly reminded to pick up after their dogs and dispose of waste responsibly to help keep the grounds clean and safe for everyone.

Standard admission charges still apply for entry to the house and zoo.
