A McDonald’s branch has reopened its doors following a redesign.
The Bradford Rooley restaurant, owned by franchisee Saj Shah, has been redesigned as part of the company’s reimaging programme, which aims to improve customer experience through upgraded layouts and new technology.
Mr Shah, who operates three McDonald’s restaurants across Yorkshire, said: "I’m proud to reinvest in our Bradford Rooley restaurant.
"The dining area is more contemporary, and we now have separate facilities for our dine-in customers and our couriers leading to a better experience for everyone.
"It’s exciting to see the fresh new look and feel of our Bradford Rooley restaurant and I’m confident the changes will not only benefit our customers but also our restaurant team as these will help make their jobs a little easier."
The reimaging programme includes redesigned kitchen and dining spaces to better support digital sales channels, including the McDonald’s app.
Traditional walk-in ordering remains a core feature, but new dedicated areas for different ordering methods are part of the update.
