Heartbreak as Leeds restaurant shuts with goodbye message issued

Many will be sad to see the business close

A Leeds restaurant has closed with a heartfelt message issued.

We have seen Kuala Lumpur Cafe, in Bennett Road, Headingley shut. The business had its last day on Saturday, October 17.

Announcing the closure, the team stated: “Thank you to all our customers and team that made Kuala Lumpur Cafe possible across the last few years.”

Then after the restaurant’s last day, the team added: “Thank you everyone for your support over the last three days after the closure announcement. It has been a pleasure to serve Malaysian cuisine in Headingley over the last few years.”
