Scottish dental group Clyde Munro has appointed Louise Reeves as its new chief executive, succeeding founder Jim Hall as the business prepares for its next phase of growth.

Ms Reeves, who previously served as chief operating officer at Portman Dentex, began her career as a dental nurse before moving into senior operational roles across the dental sector.

Mr Hall will remain involved in the business as a board member.

Founded in 2015, Clyde Munro has grown to operate 65 dental practices across Scotland, from Orkney to the Borders. The group employs around 300 dentists and 500 support staff, serving more than 500,000 patients each year.

The company delivers both NHS and private dental care, including in rural and remote communities where access to dental services can be challenging.

Ms Reeves’ appointment marks the start of a new phase focused on strengthening the existing practice network, investing in staff and facilities, and expanding access to dental care across Scotland.
