The Grade B listed property spans approximately 3,078 square feet and sits on 0.4 acres of land, in an elevated position overlooking Kilchoan Bay.
The vacant building retains original features, including its pulpit and pews, but requires substantial renovation. Any conversion or redevelopment would be subject to planning permission and listed building consent.
Potential future uses include a private home, holiday accommodation or a community, educational or cultural facility.
The sale also includes five storage containers and two welfare units, which could support renovation and redevelopment work.
Located on Scotland’s most westerly peninsula, Kilchoan is known for its coastal scenery, wildlife and appeal to visitors.

Mhairi Archibald, associate director at Savills Auctions, said: "Opportunities to acquire a former church in such a special location are few and far between.
"The building occupies an elevated position at the heart of the community, with wonderful views across the water to Mull and all the character buyers would hope to find in a historic Highland property.
"While it requires significant investment, it offers enormous potential for someone with vision to breathe new life into a landmark building and create something truly exceptional in one of Scotland's most picturesque and sought-after coastal settings."
The auction will take place on November 24, with further information available through Savills Auctions Scotland.
