A crash on a main York road has caused traffic problems this evening.
It’s on the inbound carriageway of the A1079 Hull Road next to Grimston Bar Park and Ride.
Emergency services are on the scene.

The fire service said two vehicles are involved in the collision, which happened shortly before 5pm.
One driver reported being stuck for 45 minutes near to B&Q on Hull Road.
An ambulance has been seen at the incident but we don’t yet have word on any casualties.
