A UK cinema chain has increased the price of its monthly subscription for customers.
Odeon notified customers this week that it would be increasing its popular myLIMITLESS subscription for all customers in the UK from December 1.
Customers can pay for the monthly subscription, which allows them to watch as many films as they'd like each month for a set price.
The subscription price is currently £16.99, but it will increase by £1 up to £17.99 from December.
In the email sent on October 15, it said: “We wanted to inform you of some upcoming changes to your membership.
“From 1 December 2026, your monthly membership price will increase by £1, from £16.99 to £17.99 per month.”
Why is Odeon increasing the price of its myLIMITLESS membership?
Odeon explained in its email: “We're making this change so we can continue bringing you great movies and the big-screen experience you love at ODEON.
“Your usual billing date won't change, and the new price will apply from your first scheduled payment on or after 1 December.”

Odeon also added that it would be changing the name of its membership scheme.
It said: “You'll also notice some updates in your account area and on your tickets, as from today myLIMITLESS will now be known as simply Limitless.”
The news comes after the cinema chain changed the number of times customers with memberships could watch a single film.

In August, it updated the terms, meaning users will now receive a warning if they book the same film five or more times.
Odeon has said the changes are designed to "help keep myLIMITLESS fair for all members and ensure the scheme is being used as intended."
