Build-A-Bear Workshop at Metrocentre in Gateshead has welcomed customers back after undergoing a major makeover.
The popular retailer, located in Lower Blue Mall, temporarily closed its doors earlier this month while work was carried out to give the shop a fresh look.
Metrocentre has confirmed the store is now back open, with families already planning to visit with their children.
Announcing the news on Facebook, Metrocentre said: "Build-A-Bear is back with a fresh new look!"
The shopping centre added: "Located in Lower Blue Mall Workshop and create your very own furry friend, complete with their own special Heart Ceremony and all the outfits and accessories you know and love."
The announcement has sparked excitement among shoppers, with dozens of people tagging friends and family members in the comments.

Visitors can choose a furry friend, fill it with stuffing and take part in a special Heart Ceremony, where they make a wish before placing a heart inside their new companion.
Customers can also personalise their creations with scents, sounds, clothing and accessories.
Build-A-Bear Workshop is located in Lower Blue Mall at Metrocentre, Gateshead, NE11 9XG.
The store's listed opening hours are 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm on Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sunday.
