Potion seekers are invited to experience a magical adventure through Harrogate town centre this October half-term.
Harrogate BID has launched a free Halloween Potion Trail, running from October 24 to November 1, taking families to 10 locations across the town centre to collect clues and discover ingredients for an imaginary Harrogate-themed potion.
Bethany Allen, operations manager at Harrogate BID, said: "We're delighted to bring the Halloween Potion Trail to Harrogate town centre this October half-term.
"It’s a fun and free way for families to explore the town, discover local businesses and enjoy a little Halloween magic along the way."
A spokesperson for Harrogate BID said the trail is designed to encourage families to explore the town centre while supporting businesses during the break.
Participants can collect a trail map from The Crown Hotel or download one from the Harrogate BID website.
Each stop on the trail reveals a Harrogate-themed potion ingredient, and completed maps can be returned to The Crown Hotel to claim a prize.
Dan Siddle, general manager of The Crown Hotel, said: "We're delighted to once again be opening the doors of The Crown Hotel for our Halloween Trail, bringing a little seasonal magic to the heart of Harrogate."
