Stirling Distillery’s festive Santa Dash is returning on December 6, with all entry fees going to Strathcarron Hospice.
The event, organised in partnership with Lumo trains, will start at 3pm from the distillery on Lower Castlehill, taking runners through Stirling’s historic streets before returning to the starting point.

Entry costs £10, with all proceeds supporting Strathcarron Hospice, which provides free specialist palliative and end-of-life care across Forth Valley, Cumbernauld and Kilsyth.
Each participant will receive a Stirling Winter Gin and ginger ale at the finish line, along with a medal designed to double as a Christmas tree bauble. The male and female race winners will each receive a bottle of gin from the distillery shop.
Entries can be made through EntryCentral and will close on December 5 or when the field reaches capacity.
Stirling Distillery was founded by June and Cameron McCann in 2015, with their son Hugo now making the whisky. The business describes itself as Scotland’s smallest whisky distillery and welcomes around 20,000 visitors each year for tours, tastings and other experiences.

Mike Roberts, partnerships manager at Lumo, said: "Stirling Distillery is a proper family business.
"June and Cameron McCann started it in 2015, and their son Hugo now makes the whisky.
"Their gin and whisky are made a short walk from where our trains pull in, so pairing them with a route that brings people to Stirling made sense from the first conversation.
"I'll be in my Santa suit on the start line, and then I'll be welcoming everyone back to the distillery for a drink."
