Planned strike action at Leeds Bradford Airport has been suspended after new pay offers were put forward to staff.
Around 130 workers, including air traffic controllers, passport control staff, and check-in workers, were due to begin industrial action on October 16, but this has been called off to allow time for a ballot on the latest proposals.
Neil Whitaker, regional officer for Unite, said: "After receiving offers from Leeds Bradford Airport, we have suspended this week's strike action in good faith to allow members to vote on pay deals."
The strike was expected to last until Sunday, October 18.
Staff are now considering the revised pay offers, with air traffic controllers and hourly paid employees being balloted separately.
If the offers are rejected, strike action is planned to resume from October 23 through November 2.
The dispute centres on pay, with workers seeking improved terms from the airport operator.
