A 40-bedroom Travelodge near Aberdeen Airport is to go under the hammer with a guide price of £1.6 million.
The hotel, on Burnside Drive in Dyce, will be offered at Acuitus’ commercial property auction on October 29.
Recently refurbished, the property occupies a 3.11-acre site with parking for around 100 vehicles. It is let to Travelodge until 2030, with an option to extend the lease by a further 25 years.
The hotel currently generates annual rental income of £224,204 and is located around one mile from Aberdeen Airport, a key transport hub for the North Sea energy sector.
Alexander Auterac of Acuitus said the property offered investors rental income from a nationally recognised hotel operator in a strategic location.
The auction will also feature New Telecom House in Aberdeen city centre.
