Howe Lane in Kirby Underdale will be closed to through traffic for two days from November 3.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council has made an order prohibiting vehicles from travelling along the section between the junction with Uncleby Hill and the junction with Gatehowe Road.

It will start at 8am on November 3 and end at 5pm on November 4.

The closure is needed for proposed telecoms polling works and is intended to allow them to be completed while keeping the public safe.

The council anticipates the works will take two days.
