A luxury car manufacturer has confirmed it will be closing its dealership in Bradford.
Italian car manufacturer Maserati, along with Audi, BMW and Lotus, sell cars at the JCT600 dealership on Sticker Lane in Bradford.
The news comes as the Telegraph & Argus was contacted by a source who claimed the dealership would close on November 30, describing it as a "sad day for Bradford" given the firm’s long-standing presence in the city.
A Maserati spokesperson said: “Maserati is currently reorganising its UK dealer network to further strengthen its presence across the market and continue to provide customers with the highest standards of service, while remaining close to their evolving needs and expectations.

"While we can confirm the closure of the Maserati dealership at JCT600 Bradford, we are continuing to invest in strategic locations across the UK, including through a larger dealership in Manchester, ensuring a strong and effective network for our customers.”
JCT600 confirmed it is consulting staff about possible changes at the site.
The company is holding a formal consultation with employees.
A JCT600 spokesperson said: "We are aware of speculation regarding potential changes to some of our Sticker Lane, Bradford, operations.
"Our colleagues are our number one priority, and we are currently engaged in a formal consultation process with those individuals potentially impacted, and until that process has been completed, it would not be appropriate to comment on specific proposals.
"We remain committed to communicating openly with colleagues and will provide further information publicly once the consultation process has concluded."
BMW has also released a statement, saying: "As an independent business, JCT600 is best placed to comment on its own operations.
"We can however reassure BMW and MINI customers in Bradford that they will continue to have access to aftersales support through our authorised repairer network across the region."
The Telegraph & Argus has also contacted Audi and Lotus for a comment.
JCT600, which was founded in Bradford back in 1946, is one of the UK's largest family-owned automotive retail groups.
What began as a single garage on Sticker Lane has grown into a major regional retailer representing multiple vehicle manufacturers across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and the North East.
The company’s headquarters is at Tordoff House in Apperley Bridge, where it manages leadership, finance, marketing, human resources and strategic planning.
JCT600 had not confirmed the reported November 30 closure date, saying it was still consulting employees.
