MULTIPLE world champion and Bantams fan Jack Carthy is supporting the club with a major sustainability initiative.
Carthy, from Haworth, is a 12-time mountain bike world champion and City have tapped into that expertise.
He has been made the Community Foundation’s biking ambassador, for their Greener Bantams Travel Hub.
A promotion video, featuring Carthy riding the ‘scenic route’ to Valley Parade, has been filmed to promote the scheme.
City’s Community Foundation said: “Jack will help us promote and celebrate biking in Bradford.
“He will also support the great work of existing biking organisations in our city.”
