A 39-year-old man has been arrested and charged after allegedly breaching a court order outside a Bradford supermarket.

Police were called to Tesco on Great Horton Road on October 10 after reports of a suspicious man outside the store.

A spokesperson for Bradford South Neighbourhood Policing Team said: "On Saturday, October 10, during the afternoon, officers received a report of a male outside Tesco, Great Horton, who was believed to be in breach of his Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).

"Neighbourhood Policing Team officers attended the location and identified the 39-year-old male.

"Following enquiries, he was found to be in breach of both his Criminal Behaviour Order and bail conditions.

"The male was arrested by NPT officers, subsequently charged with both offences, and remanded in custody to appear at court.

"This action demonstrates our continued commitment to tackling anti-social behaviour and ensuring that those who breach court orders are held accountable."

A separate police operation at the same Tesco in June led to a man being arrested for vagrancy offences and later receiving an adult caution, police said.
