Emmerdale star Matthew Wolfenden has been spotted enjoying family time at a York visitor attraction.
The actor, who played David Metcalfe in the long-running ITV soap, visited The Puzzling World of Professor Kettlestring in the city centre to explore optical illusions, interactive exhibits and hands-on experiences designed to spark curiosity and wonder.
Mr Wolfenden described the attraction as "really cool and weird" during his visit.
Matthew Tritton-Hughes, owner of The Puzzling World of Professor Kettlestring, said: "It was lovely to welcome Matthew and his family to The Puzzling World.
"We’re always really pleased when families come along and get involved with everything, and it was great to see them enjoying the attraction together.
"We’ve worked hard to create something that appeals to all ages, so having visitors like Matthew and his family come along and enjoy it is a real compliment to the team."

The actor’s visit comes just months after television personality Scarlett Moffatt also explored the attraction with her family.
Located beside the Merchant Adventurers’ Hall, The Puzzling World of Professor Kettlestring features more than 30 exhibits and immersive experiences designed to challenge perception and ignite curiosity.
The family-owned attraction has welcomed thousands of visitors since opening in January 2025 and continues to draw interest from families, couples, and tourists alike.
The attraction offers optical illusions, hands-on activities, immersive environments and photo opportunities designed to make visitors question what they are seeing.
