An HR consultancy is marking eight years in business as it continues to expand its impact and reach.
York-based McMillan & Associates, founded in October 2018 by former NHS CEO and chief people officer Natalie McMillan, has grown from a one-person operation to a team of six employees and 10 associates.
The company provides HR consultancy, organisational development, training and coaching services across Yorkshire and the UK.
Natalie McMillan said: "When I started the business, I wanted to create an HR consultancy that made a genuine difference to people and businesses.
"I’m proud of the growth we’ve achieved over the past eight years, which is due to the incredible talent we have within our business and to us maintaining the strategy we set from the start – one which holds people central to everything we do."
Based in Clifton Moor, the business has seen year-on-year growth, with forecast turnover for 2025/26 up by 23 per cent.
