Amanda Owen's nine children have grown up in front of millions of television viewers, but their lives have changed considerably since the family first found fame on Our Yorkshire Farm.

The Yorkshire Shepherdess and her former husband, Clive Owen, became household names when cameras began filming family life at Ravenseat Farm in the Yorkshire Dales.

Viewers watched the children juggle schoolwork, farm duties and family life in one of Britain’s most remote landscapes.

Eight years after Our Yorkshire Farm launched in 2018, the children are growing up: some are building lives away from the farm while others are taking on more of its day-to-day work.

Amanda and Clive announced their separation in 2022 but have continued working together and raising their nine children.

Their latest programme, Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids, returned to More4 for a fourth series on Monday, October 5, following the family’s restoration of the derelict farmhouse Anty John’s.

The renovation remains central, but the series also shows how much the Owen children have changed.

Raven Owen

Raven, the eldest of Amanda and Clive’s children, has built a life beyond the family farm.

She studied biomedical science at York St John University and graduated with a first-class degree.

Amanda praised her daughter’s dedication and determination after she graduated.

Raven has pursued opportunities away from Ravenseat but still returns to the Yorkshire Dales to see her family.

Her visits feature in Our Farm Next Door, showing she remains connected to her childhood home.

Reuben Owen

Reuben is arguably the best-known of Amanda and Clive’s children and has built a TV career of his own.

Fans will remember Reuben’s childhood fascination with tractors, machinery and fixing things at Ravenseat.

That interest became a career working with heavy machinery and running his own contracting business.

Reuben appeared with his father in Beyond the Yorkshire Farm: Reuben and Clive before fronting his own Channel 5 series, Life in the Dales.

The programme followed his work and business ventures, showing another side of the Owen family’s story.

Miles Owen

Miles has taken on a bigger role at the farm and developed a keen interest in agriculture and traditional farming skills.

He wants to broaden his experience and learn techniques for working on farms around the world.

Miles appeared in Reuben’s series and continues to feature in Our Farm Next Door.

In the fourth series, Miles helps Amanda paint the newly plastered walls of Anty John's as the renovation continues.

Edith Owen

Edith has grown up since viewers first met her as one of the younger Owen children.

Now a teenager, she balances school with farm work and family activities.

The latest series shows Edith and her sisters preparing their cream tea van for a summer opening.

The venture shows the children developing their own interests while staying involved in family life.

Violet Owen

Violet became a viewer favourite through her love of Ravenseat’s animals.

Her close bond with a cow called Ciara became one of the programme’s most memorable moments.

Violet still helps with the animals and farm work while studying.

Like her siblings, she has learned practical skills growing up in the Yorkshire Dales.

Sidney Owen

Sidney, known as Sid, has taken on more of the practical work on the farm.

As a child, he was fascinated by livestock, machinery and sheepdogs.

The latest series follows Sid as he prepares to take his tractor test.

Passing would allow him to take on more farm work like his older brothers.

Annas Owen

Annas is one of the younger Owen children becoming increasingly independent.

Raised around animals, she remains closely involved in family life at Ravenseat.

In the fourth series, she tries to keep the family’s new puppies under control.

She also helps decorate Anty John’s as the restoration continues.

Annas and her sister Clementine sell eggs from the family’s chickens to earn pocket money.

Clementine Owen

Clementine, known as Clemmie, has grown up with the outdoor life that made the Owen family famous.

She still enjoys working with animals and helping with daily life on the farm.

The latest series follows Clemmie and her siblings as they help with livestock and explore the countryside.

She and Annas also sell eggs to earn money.

Nancy Owen

Nancy, Amanda and Clive’s youngest child, was still very young when viewers first met the family.

She has become more confident on screen and features in some of the programme’s most memorable family moments.

In an earlier series, Nancy amused viewers by revealing that her family had celebrated her birthday on the wrong day.

After opening her presents and eating birthday cake, she said her real birthday was the next day.

The latest series follows Nancy preparing for a ballet exam, showing the children’s interests extend beyond farm life.

Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids continues on More4 on Monday, October 12, at 9pm, and streams on Channel 4.
