Here’s exactly what’s included:
- Lacura ‘Perfect Peach’ Plumping Lip Gloss, 5.1ml
- Lacura ‘Vanilla’ Lip Balm, 7.5g
- Lacura ‘Pink Lace’ Liquid Blush, 2.1ml
- Lacura Set & Forget Clear Brow Gel, 2.8ml

- Lacura Leave-In Conditioner, 50ml
- Lacura Hair Repair Oil, 15ml
- Lacura Chic Claw Clip, 1 piece
- Lacura 100% Silk Scrunchie, 1 piece
Verdict: This one is perfect if you love a bargain. I loved the Lacura ‘Perfect Peach’ Plumping Lip Gloss. The 5.1ml gloss is exclusive to the calendar and contains hyaluronic acid and vitamin E, alongside warming and cooling actives designed to give lips a fuller-looking, glossy finish.
Then there’s the Lacura ‘Pink Lace’ Liquid Blush has a lightweight, buildable formula, while the Set & Forget Clear Brow Gel is designed to keep brows in place for up to 24 hours.
There are a few skincare treats tucked inside too, including a Hyaluronic Acid + Pomegranate Face Mask, Hydrogel Eye Pads with aloe vera and caffeine, and a Jade Gua Sha. Basically, everything you need for a little at-home pamper session when the December chaos gets too much.

What surprised me most is just how much variety there is for £19.99. Aldi’s Lacura range is already known for keeping its beauty products at relatively affordable prices, and the advent calendar follows that same approach.

The only problem? With Aldi’s Specialbuys being available while stocks last, I suspect you’ll need to be quick once it lands in stores.

From makeup to hair accessories and even a phone charm, the 17 advent calendar has the key ingredients for a glam night out.
While I can’t see myself using all of these products, I think there are some exciting finds, including the glittery nail polishes, hair accessories and the bronze and highlight palette.
Unfortunately, the advent calendar I received had two number 20 boxes so I ended up with two of the lip plumping glosses.
Aside from that I can see this being a popular calendar among beauty lovers who want to try new products.

The Soap & Glory advent calendar has lots of products inside, including body wash, face wash, hand creams and more (Image: Newsquest)
The scents in this calendar are incredible with the vanilla and cherry options being my favourites, but there’s something for everyone with citrus items also included.

For £48, I think you really do get a lot of lovely products and I’m looking forward to using them all year round.

It’s definitely one for those who love a full face of makeup with baking powder, eyeshadow primer and super pink tints behind the doors. I particularly loved the Glass Halo Highlighter and long-lasting Pout Lip Oil. The selection included beauty tools like brushes and the chic, ultra-pink fluffy powder puff which made me feel like I was in Moulin Rouge.

Verdict: Holland & Barrett has packed a lot into its 2026 beauty advent calendar, and at £60 for products worth more than £266, it's hard to argue with the value. With 26 products hidden behind 25 doors - including two surprises to discover on Christmas Day - it feels particularly generous for a calendar at this price.
What I like most is the mix of beauty and wellness. There are plenty of recognisable names, including Weleda, Trilogy, Q+A, OGX, Antipodes, UpCircle and Hairburst, alongside products that feel like useful additions to my everyday routine rather than things I'd simply use once for the sake of an advent calendar.
Holland and Barrett advent calendar (Image: Holland and Barrett)
The Antipodes Glow Vitamin C Serum, Weleda Skin Food, Q+A Collagen Body Butter and UpCircle Eye Cream are particular highlights for me. There's also a good selection for hair and body, from OGX shampoo and the Hairburst duo to the Q+A AHA Body Scrub and Faith in Nature mask.
I also appreciate that 16 of the products are full size. That's a significant number for a £60 calendar and makes the £266 total value feel much more convincing. It's the sort of calendar I'd recommend to someone who enjoys trying lots of different products without wanting to spend a fortune on an advent countdown.
There are a few more practical additions, too, such as the So Eco Spa Head Band, which isn't the most glamorous surprise but is exactly the sort of thing I'll actually use. The inclusion of wellness products and Holland & Barrett's own supplements also gives the calendar a slightly different feel from the typical beauty-only offering - albeit I couldn't use the collagen supplements because they are non-veggie beef gelatine.
For me, this is a really strong option for anyone who wants maximum variety without a hefty price tag. It might not have quite the same luxury feel as some of the £100-plus calendars, but at £60, with 26 products and a stated value of over £266, the value is difficult to overlook.

Verdict: For the first time ever, Superdrug has created its very own beauty advent calendar, offering some of its best skincare across 24 days.
First off, I love the simple and accessible design of this advent, as someone who has opened many calendars, it can often be tricky to get the boxes or draws out.
However, Superdrug has solved that issue by creating smart push holes, allowing you to push the boxes out from the back of the advent, a brilliant and simple addition.
In terms of what the advent offers, it is a great mix of Superdrugs own skincare brand and some top end branded items.
Personal highlights for me include the Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Probiotics Essence, the Me+ Salicylic Acid Cleanser, and the Olay Super Serum.
At £60 but worth £160, Superdrug’s beauty advent is a great bargain and has a lot to offer that any beauty lover will enjoy, and the best part is it will not break the bank.

Verdict: No7 says the 25 Days of Beauty Advent Calendar can save you over £193 (a “worth it” kind of saving I would say).
For under £100 it has the perfect mix of skin care and make-up staples from their best collections; Future Renew, Protect and Perfect, Lift and Luminate, Restore and Renew, Radiance and Pro Artist.
It’s certainly one of the more budget-friendly options for 2026.
There’s also a good range of trendy beauty products (lip oil, gel eye masks, vitamin C etc).
It includes eight full-sized products which are mostly make-up products – however, I personally would have preferred a few more full-sized skin care items.
(Image: Molly Court/Newsquest)
There’s also a No7 voucher behind one of the doors (save £5 on a selected No7 Future Renew product) but to be honest I think it would have been better to put another product inside to avoid making the customer spend more, even if it was an accessory to accompany the beauty blender and wash cuffs.
No7 Pro Artist make-up (Image: Molly Court/Newsquest)
Overall, I think it’s a lovely beauty advent calendar that’s affordable and has a bit of everything.
It’s great to see a beauty advent calendar full of good stuff that you know you will use or at least want to try (even the lipstick, lip liner etc are wonderful nude tones, no vibrant red shades in sight that you will only use once this Christmas). What a treat.

Worth £303.56, the advent is a lovely pink design that you will not want to throw away once you have finished the calendar.
As someone who is particularly strict about the type of skincare I use (thanks sensitive skin), I was very happy to find that Boots has largely picked products that can be used for most skin types.
I was a big fan of the mix of K-Beauty, higher end and drug store products that are all worth the money and a great way to test out items you might be curious to try.
You can expect nearly all full-sized items, with personal favourite items including the Anua PDRN Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Mist and the Q+A Salicylic Acid Body Wash.

Verdict: M&S has really stepped things up with its 2026 beauty advent calendar, and for £75, I think this is one of the most impressive options I've seen at this price point. Worth over £460, it brings together 25 products spanning skincare, make-up, haircare, fragrance and wellness, with a particularly strong selection of full-size treats.
For me, the biggest draw is the mix of established beauty favourites and brands I might not necessarily have discovered otherwise. There are some serious names in here, from Estée Lauder, Clinique and Benefit to Color Wow, Aveda, Floral Street and bareMinerals, while the inclusion of M&S Beauty favourites such as Formula and &Sleep makes it feel like a true showcase of the wider M&S beauty offering.
The full-size products are a particular highlight. I'm especially pleased to see the Estée Lauder Double Wear Primer, ICONIC London Glazing Lip Gloss, Sweed Le Lipstick, Prai Sculpting Throat & Décolletage Serum and Organic Pharmacy Hyaluronic Acid Serum included. These are the sort of products that make an advent calendar feel genuinely exciting rather than simply filling the drawers with small samples.
I also love the variety. One day you're getting a nourishing hair treatment or skincare hero, the next there's a lipstick, mascara or fragrance to discover. The two perfumes from Discover and Floral Street add a lovely luxurious touch, while the sleep-focused products from Formula, &Sleep and This Works make this feel particularly well-rounded.
And then there's the box itself. The candy-stripe design and Love That! branding give it a fun, festive feel, but it's still attractive enough that I'd happily keep it on display throughout December.
At £75 for more than £460 worth of beauty, I think this is excellent value. It feels carefully edited rather than simply packed with products, and there's enough variety to appeal to beauty obsessives and anyone who simply enjoys having a little luxury to unwrap each morning.
For me, this is a very easy recommendation. M&S has managed to make its 2026 calendar feel premium without pushing the price into the three-figure territory, and I'd expect this one to be particularly popular when it launches.

Verdict: Costing £80 and worth £297, the Pretty Little Thing 2026 beauty advent calendar has a great design with a Christmassy pattern but with a PLT twit including a pink unicorn.
The 24-day advent has good mix of hair, skin and beauty items, and you can expect a few more tools than you might get in other calendars like a exfoliating glove and cleansing pads.
Although it had a good mix, it did feel a tiny bit underwhelming, finding that I would not typically use or need most of the items inside.
However, there was some highlights like The Flat Lay Co mini keyring pouch and the Hair Gain hair mask.
Pretty Little Thing has created a good advent for 2026, but I feel that at £80, it could have a better range of products.

The sturdy box is a decent size that can easily be put on a counter side in the build up to the big day without taking up too much room.
Plus, unlike most advents, Glossybox gives you 25 boxes with an extra bonus on the final day.
I was happy to find that Glossybox had chosen a good range of beauty, hair and skin care products with a mix of higher end and some on the more affordable size.
Nearly all the products are full sized, with personally favourites including the Commodity Milk Orchid Expressive and the Patrick TA Powder Blush Duo.

Once again, Boots has created a lovely design, with a tasteful white, silver and gold sturdy box design that hints at the luxury hiding inside.
Inside, Boots has once again done a fabulous job at picking high end products that will surprise you every day including some popular celebrity perfumes like Billie Ellish and Sabrina Capernter.
Although it offers a good mix of products, they are largely travel size with the final day offering a full-size Givenchy L'interdit Eau de Parfum.
Personally, I would have liked a bit more variety in size, with maybe one more full size to really make it feel like its money’s worth.
However, if you are a Fragrance fan, then the Boots 12 Days of Scent is not something to pass up on, offering a great range of products in a new fun way.

Verdict: ASOS might not be known for their beauty offerings, however its 2026 beauty advent calendar is worth a gander.
Costing £98, I had high expectations an I am glad to say ASOS did not disappoint.
The brand has created a smart compact box design with a lovely deep red and zebra print pattern throughout, as well as some fun hints on the boxes that give you an idea of what to expect.
There is a strong mix of hair, beauty and skin care products across a mix of price points which really helps cover the base for everyone.
ASOS advent’s main star is the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Light Wand, but personal highlights for me was the LANEIGE Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Cream Moisturiser and the Gisou Honey Infused Lip Oil.
Unlike some advent’s where you are left wondering how much of it you will use, I think that ASOS has chosen a bank of products that are all of use.
But, if I were to have one tiny criticism, I have to admit that I was not the biggest fan of boxes being behind others, but for the array of products it is something that I can overlook.
The Perfume Shop Perfume Advent Calendar

What's Inside:
- YSL Libre
- Mugler Angel Fantasm
- Lancôme La Vie Est Belle
- Carolina Herrera Good Girl Jasmine Absolu
- Rabanne Million Red For Her
- Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess
- Jean Paul Gaultier La Favorite
- Issey Miyake Le Sel d’Issey
- Rabanne Invictus Elixir Parfum
- Versace Eros Najim Parfum
- Michael Kors Pour Homme Absolu
- Lacoste L.12.12 Bleu
- Silver Travalo
- Plus a selection of additional fragrance treats and surprises from the featured fragrance houses
Verdict: If perfume is your idea of the perfect Christmas treat, The Perfume Shop's 2026 advent calendar is one I'd be very happy to have on my dressing table. Priced at £99, it's packed with 24 scented treats and surprises, bringing together an impressive roll call of some of the biggest names in fragrance.
For me, the biggest appeal is the sheer variety. There are some seriously recognisable scents from YSL, Lancôme, Mugler, Carolina Herrera, Rabanne and Jean Paul Gaultier, alongside fragrances from Versace, Issey Miyake, BOSS and Lacoste. It's a brilliant opportunity to try scents I might not otherwise reach for, and I particularly like that the edit isn't focused solely on women's fragrance.

The selection for him is equally appealing, with Issey Miyake Le Sel d’Issey, Rabanne Invictus Elixir Parfum, Versace Eros Najim Parfum, Michael Kors Pour Homme Absolu and Lacoste L.12.12 Bleu all making an appearance. That makes this feel like a genuinely versatile calendar rather than one aimed at a single type of fragrance lover.
I also think the silver Travalo is a clever addition. A miniature perfume is lovely, but having a refillable atomiser to take a favourite scent out and about is something I'll actually use long after Christmas.
There is another reason I'd be happy to spend £99 on this one: £5 from every calendar sold will be donated to Look Good Feel Better, supporting the charity's work with people living with cancer. It's a lovely extra touch that gives the countdown a little more meaning.
With only 7,000 available, I'd definitely recommend getting in early if this is on your Christmas wish list. Last year's calendar reportedly sold out within weeks, and with the waitlist already showing strong demand, I wouldn't expect this year's stock to hang around.
For me, this is a brilliant choice for fragrance obsessives who would rather discover a new scent every day than open a calendar filled with the usual beauty mix. It feels festive, indulgent and genuinely exciting — exactly what I want from a Spritzmas countdown.

- Elemis Pro-Collagen Night Cream 30ml — Deluxe Size
Verdict: LOOKFANTASTIC has really pulled out all the stops with its 2026 beauty advent calendar, and at £120 for more than £665 worth of products, I think this is one of the year's strongest multi-brand offerings. There are 27 products hidden across the 25 drawers, with an impressive 19 being full size, so it feels considerably more generous than a calendar filled predominantly with tiny samples.
What I particularly like is the variety. From the Medik8 cleanser and Clinique Moisture Surge to Benefit Roller Lash, Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze and MAC Fix+, there are plenty of instantly recognisable beauty names alongside products I might not necessarily have picked up for myself.
The skincare offering is a real highlight for me, with the likes of Avant, Elemis, Medik8 and Clinique making this feel genuinely luxurious. But there's enough make-up, haircare and fragrance to stop it becoming too skincare-heavy, and finding a Sol de Janeiro mist or Hair by Sam McKnight styling spray behind a door adds that element of excitement I want from an advent calendar.
I also think the £120 price point is compelling. It's certainly an investment, but with a contents value of more than £665 and 19 full-size products, the saving is substantial. For anyone who loves discovering cult beauty products or wants a little luxury every morning in December, this feels like a particularly good option.
For me, this is exactly the kind of advent calendar that makes the countdown to Christmas feel special: plenty of big-name beauty, a generous number of full-size products and enough variety to keep every door interesting.

- Silent Night bath bomb
- Dominick The Donkey bath bomb
- Butterbear bath bomb
Verdict: If, like me, you consider a long, luxurious bath one of the best things about Christmas, Lush's 29 ½ High Street Advent Calendar is a seriously tempting countdown. Named after the address of the very first Lush shop, it is packed with 25 bath bombs and bubble bars, mixing nostalgic favourites such as Snow Fairy, Intergalactic and Unicorn Horn with five gift-exclusive treats that make the collection feel extra special.
I've had previous Lush calendars - I'm a big fan of the brand - and I particularly love the balance between old favourites and the new additions. Snoozy Bear, Honey Bear and Rosie Bear are adorable, while the Celebrate bubble bar feels like exactly the sort of festive treat I want to save for a particularly indulgent December evening.
The presentation is another big selling point for me. The colourful box has been created by Lush's Gift Design Team and is made from 100% recycled board, while even the ribbon has an impressive recycled story behind it. It feels beautifully considered rather than like packaging designed simply to be thrown away once Christmas is over.
At £135, this is undoubtedly a splurge, but you're getting 25 products, including five gift exclusives, and the whole thing feels like a proper Lush experience rather than simply a collection of miniatures. For a devoted bath lover, I think it would make a genuinely exciting Christmas gift — or a very tempting present to myself.

Verdict: For £150 you expect a lot for your buck, and I can testify that the Boots 24 Days of Luxe Beauty Advent Calendar more than delivers.
Starting with design it has a lovely Christmassy bow and sparkle look and a draw system adding a little touch of posh as opposed to the typical window advents.
But it is what’s inside the Boots Luxe advent that really elevates it above the rest.
With a mix of beauty, skincare and haircare items, the high street beauty brand has covered all elements, all at a great quality.
Personal highlights include the full-sized Sol De Janeiro Cheirosa 91 Perfume Mist and the full-sized Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask.
Unlike some other brands, Boots has done a fantastic job at offering a mix of full sized and travel sized items, with more than half the items at full size.
At £150, but worth more than £700, the Boots 24 Days of Luxe delivers beyond what you can imagine.
It is the perfect advent for any beauty guru and is well worth the Christmas splurge.
