Sheffield indie-rock band The Rosadocs are heading to York this autumn.
The four-piece will play The Crescent on Friday, November 6, as part of their UK headline tour, which will also take them to venues in Bristol, London, Sheffield, Manchester, and Birmingham.
The band is made up of Keelan Graney, Myles Henderson, Joe Egan, and Will Davis.
Their York show follows a summer of momentum, including a sold-out hometown gig at Sheffield’s Octagon and a main stage appearance at Tramlines Festival.
The band has also performed at Truck Festival, Y Not Festival, Kendal Calling, Splendour, and The Big Feastival.
Keelan Graney, frontman of The Rosadocs, said: "This year has probably been the first time we've properly stopped and looked around and thought, 'this is actually happening'.
"But we're definitely not looking at any of it like we've arrived.
"If anything, it's made us hungrier.
"That's why we're so excited to be getting back out on the road and playing places like York, Hull, and Leeds.
"We've worked hard to build this band from the ground up, and being able to take what we've created in Sheffield to new audiences around the country is something we're really looking forward to.
"We just love the crowd in York and can't wait to play at such a great venue as The Crescent.
"We're really looking forward to our November show in York."
The Rosadocs have recently signed to Tri-Tone/Republic of Music and are working on their debut album.
Their 2025 EP, The City's No Good for Reflection, features the track In the Storm and continues their blend of big choruses and Northern storytelling.
The band has built a loyal following through constant touring and emotionally charged songwriting, with a live show honed in Sheffield’s grassroots venues.
Their journey has taken them from small rooms to sold-out headline shows at larger venues, including City Hall and the Octagon.
As part of their autumn tour, The Rosadocs will also join fellow Sheffield band Milburn for major shows at London’s O2 Academy Islington, Leeds Academy, and Manchester’s O2 Ritz.
The tour will see them perform in cities across the UK, including Lincoln, Tunbridge Wells, Hebden Bridge, Tyldesley, Carlisle, and Edinburgh.
Support acts for the tour will include Newcastle rock group Leazes, North East singer-songwriter Harriet Rose, and Scottish indie band Shambolics.
A spokesperson for the band said: "The band is currently working on their debut album, with further details around the record and its release to be revealed in due course.
"For The Rosadocs, the autumn tour represents another step away from their Sheffield roots and towards a growing national audience, bringing their emotionally direct, anthemic indie rock to audiences including those in York."
The band’s progress has been described as a “dream come true,” with the Octagon show in particular standing out as a career highlight.
