A once-popular Bradford pub that “requires comprehensive works” has been put on the market for £150,000.
The Prince of Wales pub on Allerton Road has been closed for almost a decade, and has been stripped out awaiting further development.
Now, the pub has been listed for sale my estate agents Mark Brearley & Co – and the listing includes images that show the sorry state of the building.
The listing describes it as suitable for redevelopment, and for a variety of uses (subject to Planning Permission).

A planning application to refurbish the building and convert it into a restaurant were approved by Bradford Council in 2016, but the work never took place and the building has remained vacant.
The listing says: “The property comprises vacant, former public house building, which has been ‘stripped out’ pending redevelopment, and requires comprehensive works, prior to occupation for any purposes.
“The building extends over ground and first floor, and includes a roof space, which may be suitable for further development.”
