Thrill seekers are set to hop on board the crazy frog, waltzers, and ghost trains as the fair returns to Yarm High Street for 2026.

Thousands are expected to descend on the town from this Thursday (October 15) for the annual three-day event.

The fair, which dates as far back as 1207, always brings a long list of children's coasters and white-knuckle rides for both adults and youngsters to enjoy.

And, days ahead of returning to town, The Showmen's Guild has confirmed exactly what fair fans can expect on the cobbles this year.

The Tagada (spinning bowl), the Miami, which rotates a row of seats around a wall, and the Super Star, which lifts passengers into the air and spins on a rotating arm, are all confirmed for this year.

For the little ones, fun houses, a helter-skelter, train rides, tea cups, and an inflatable play area are also all back for another year.
