Four teenagers were seriously injured in a crash last night and were taken to hospital.
The three 17-year-olds and an 18-year-old were all in a red SEAT Ibiza in Sherburn-in-Elmet in the early hours.
Police believe it was the only vehicle involved in the crash, but are appealing to the public to help them locate and speak to the driver of a white pick-up truck with a yellow stripe along the side, which they understand was in the area at the time.
The Ibiza crashed at about 2.50am and everyone in it was seriously injured.
Police want to speak to the driver of the truck as officers think he or she may have seen the Ibiza shortly before the crash.
