A sandwich shop was ordered to stay closed after inspectors found rodent droppings and multiple food hygiene failings.
Sands Sandwiches, on Dalton Lane in Keighley, was inspected by an environmental health officer on February 5.
The report identified concerns about cleanliness, food storage, building repairs and food safety management procedures.
Owner and manager Daniel Sands said: "We have been in business for 35 years now, and sometimes things take a bit of a bad turn."
Evidence of rodent droppings discovered
Inspectors found evidence of rodent droppings at the premises.
Pest control specialists had been contacted, but cleanliness in the food preparation area remained poor.
The report said: "Rodent droppings were found throughout the food prep areas and cookery areas."
Grease, dirt and debris found on equipment
The flooring in the main preparation area was damaged and needed to be repaired and cleaned.
Officers also called for extensive cleaning of food preparation surfaces, walls, floors and surrounding areas.
Grease build-up, food debris and dirt were found around equipment.
Bacon stored on top of cooked meats
The report also recorded food kept on top of a fridge instead of inside it and cooked meats stored incorrectly.
Inspectors said: "Cleaning required throughout food preparation areas.
"Bacon was stored on top of cooked meats.
"Raw meat should be stored below cooked foods."
Lack of food-safe sanitiser
Inspectors also found that the kitchen lacked sanitiser.
They said: "At the time of visit, no sanitiser that was food-safe complicit was available.
"You must ensure that the sanitiser you use is food-safe complicit."
Concerns were also raised about temperature control procedures for hot food, and structural problems were recorded throughout.
Food safety records and monitoring documents were not available for officers to review.
The findings meant improvements were needed in cleaning, pest control, storage and management systems before trading could resume.
Voluntary closure notice issued
A closure notice was issued to the business owner.
Environmental health officers said: "You must not open or use the premises for the purpose of a food business until the Environmental Health Department from Bradford have given permission to do so."
The closure was voluntary, according to the report, and lasted for a few weeks.
Overwhelmingly positive customer reviews
The shop has a 4.3/5 star rating on Google Reviews.
One customer said: "My go-to sandwich shop in Keighley good portions and reasonably priced."
Another customer said: "Only sandwich shop I use if I'm in the area.
"Value for the money."
A final customer said: "Great food at an even better price.

He added: "We have implemented a lot of changes. Hopefully, everything goes great with the reinspection."
