Nearly 2,000 homes have been visited as part of a major housing survey across Bradford.
Incommunities staff spent the day listening to customers’ views in neighbourhoods as part of its Big Conversation 2026.
More than 200 employees took part in the door-to-door engagement on September 30, gathering feedback from residents in Clayton, Haworth Road in Heaton, Huddersfield, Lower Grange, Undercliffe, and Woodside.
Janey Carey, executive director of customer and community at Incommunities, said: "It was great to spend time in our neighbourhoods and hear directly from customers.
"Thank you to everyone who opened their door and shared their views with us.
"We spoke to hundreds of customers, and what they told us will help us understand what is working well and what needs to improve."
Residents were asked about what they liked most about their area, what could be improved, and whether they felt safe.
The feedback will inform future neighbourhood plans and improvements.
The Big Conversation was first launched last year, with Incommunities already acting on suggestions by recruiting more neighbourhood housing officers, installing CCTV in fly-tipping hotspots, and developing tailored neighbourhood plans.
This year’s feedback will help develop plans for the areas visited during the most recent survey.
