People looking for work in the North East ahead of Christmas are set to benefit from more than 300 seasonal roles with Marks & Spencer across the region this winter.
The positions are available in stores including Hartlepool, Durham's Arnison Centre, Bishop Auckland, Teesside and the Metrocentre.
New recruits are set to join the retailer from October 25.

The retail chain said they are looking for applicants who are passionate about customer service and enjoy fast-paced, hands-on team settings.

Seasonal staff will support teams during the retailer’s busiest period, helping to deliver a "magical" festive season for customers.
The roles are described as "fast-moving and hands-on," with successful applicants receiving full training and support.
Other stores with vacancies include Morpeth, Kingston Park, Gateshead Team Valley, Alnwick, Cleveland, Gosforth, Cramlington, Newcastle, The Galleries, West Park Darlington, Guisborough and Silverlink.
This comes shortly after six new vacancies opened up in Bishop Auckland and Darlington last month.
The roles offer £13.41 per hour, with applicants encouraged to apply as soon as possible to ensure they have the best possible chance.
These seasonal vacancies could provide a timely boost for those across Tyne and Wear, County Durham and Teesside seeking work during the festive period.
