A large cannabis grow has been uncovered following a police raid on an industrial estate.
Officers from the Seaham Neighbourhood Policing Team executed a magistrates warrant at Seaham Grange Industrial Estate on Wednesday, October 7, where they discovered a significant cannabis cultivation.

Two men were arrested at the scene and have since been charged.
A spokesperson from Durham Constabulary said: "These types of setups are not only illegal but can also be extremely dangerous, often involving unsafe electrical connections that significantly increase the risk of fire."
Both men remain in custody.
