A pub chain is looking to hire a new four-legged colleague with a nose for treats for its pubs.
Vintage Inns has launched a nationwide search for its first-ever Chief Doggie Treat Tester—a pooch to help promote its new Canine Menu available at pubs across the UK.
Linda Elliott, operations director at Vintage Inns, said: "Finding Britain's Chief Doggie Treat Tester is certainly not a job we recruit for every day.
"We’re delighted to be partnering with Canine Menu to bring the range to Vintage Inns pubs up and down the country.
"We know that for many of our guests, their dogs are an important part of the family, so we wanted to create something that means they don’t have to miss out when enjoying a meal or drink together."
The winning dog will receive a professional photoshoot, a £100 Vintage Inns gift card, and a hamper of dog treats.
Applications, which close on October 26, are available at: https://www.vintageinn.co.uk/caninemenu#/
