A dancewear business in Shipley is expanding its services and creating new jobs.
Beatz 'n' Pointe Dancewear, in Leeds Road, has secured a £3,925 grant from the Shipley Towns Fund capital grants programme to support its growth.
The funding is part of a broader plan to boost employment and strengthen the local economy.
Marie Gledhill, owner of Beatz 'n' Pointe, said: "The grant has enabled us to invest in new printing technology and improve our workspace, giving us the capacity to produce more in-house and reach even more customers.
"It has been a valuable investment in the future of our business."
The funding, combined with private investment, has allowed the business to purchase a Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing machine, carry out electrical works, and create additional production space through internal alterations.
These improvements have expanded the company’s customer reach and will support the creation of a new part-time role in design and print.
Councillor Andrew Judson, Bradford Council’s executive member for economy, planning and regeneration, said: "It's fantastic to see local businesses such as this one making the most of the opportunities available through the Shipley Towns Fund."
