Take a look inside the brand-new Oliver Bonas that has opened its doors at Teesside Park.
It is the first time in-store shopping will be available to fans of the retailer in Tees Valley.
The independent fashion and homeware retailer has opened the shop as part of its plans to expand across the UK. This opening, along with another in Glasgow, mark Oliver Bonas' first retail park sites.

This location marks the first Teesside site, which the retail park's owners British Land described as a "significant milestone."

A new social media post from Teesside Park gives a first look inside with a range of womenswear, home decor and gifts.
The launch gives shoppers a local option for clothing, gifts and homeware without needing to travel to locations in Tyne and Wear.
The post attracted comments welcoming the brand’s arrival as a "dream come true."
One comment said: "Gorgeous store and so happy it’s at Teesside park."
It occupies the former Pro Cook unit after the kitchenware brand vacated earlier this year and brings Teesside Park to full occupancy. Plans for the site were lodged in August.
Oliver Bonas has confirmed an opening event at the store on Saturday, October 10, with a live DJ. The first 200 customers will receive scratch cards offering chances to win exclusive in-store prizes.
Sevda Cankorur, head of retail at Oliver Bonas, said: “Opening our first Tees Valley store is a big moment for us.
"We're so excited to bring the signature Oliver Bonas colour and joy to Teesside.”
