POLICE have launched an identity appeal after the alleged theft and subsequent use of a bank card in York.

North Yorkshire Police has released a CCTV image of a person they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

A force spokesperson said: "Please email: mark.burrows@northyorkshire.police.uk if you recognise the person pictured on CCTV, as they may have information that will assist our investigation."
